When I say I have trouble helping him it's due to situations like this. Not even knowing what a URL or text box is brings things down to a certain level of help. Trying to help at that level gets Jim upset 'cause he thinks I'm talking to him like a child. I don't try to be condesending but I can only explain things so simply before it begins to sound sarcastic I suppose.
